UPDATES ON OUR NEW PARK

PLEASE OBSERVE THE RESIDENTIAL SPEED LIMIT OF 25 MPH IN THE ANATOLIA COMMUNITY
It is the responsibility of all motorists and pedestrians to observe all traffic laws as described in the California Vehicle Code. The daily mission of uniformed officers is to ensure the safe movement of traffic and enforce the California Vehicle Code. The top five causes of collisions are speed violations, red light violations, right-of-way violations, pedestrian violations, and driving-under-the-influence (DUI). As motorists and pedestrians, we need to obey traffic laws that assure our safety. The uniformed officers' efforts, combined with the active participation of community members following the rules of the road, will help ensure the safety of motorists and pedestrians throughout our community.

COMCAST TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE
Comcast has changed their "bulk services" telephone number to (888) 895-6504.  Please let them know you are an Anatolia resident calling for the "Bulk Services Department".

WETLAND PRESERVE - NO TRESPASSING
Public access to the Vernal Pool Reserve, which borders a portion of the Anatolia Community, is strictly prohibited. This area is environmentally protected by law, and any trespassing will be prosecuted. Please do not enter the wetland for any reason. If you witness trespassers, please contact Network Community Management. Thank you.

UPSTAIRS GAME ROOM AND STUDY ROOM
To request the billiard equipment or the foosball, please visit the front desk.  Staff will retain your member card, which will be returned at the end of your game session.  Game equipment may be reserved in person for 45 minutes at a time for use by you and your guests.  You may also request a television remote control for use while you are playing your game.  The Study Room has been rearranged with more desks and chairs to provide an atmosphere that is quiet and comfortable to read, relax, or work on your computer or mobile device.  As always, feel free to use the Clubhouse WiFi.  Ask the front desk for the current password.

THE ANATOLIA CLUBHOUSE BOOK EXCHANGE
The Anatolia HOA has placed many books in a dedicated area upstairs in the Clubhouse for a "Book Exchange," where members can come take-a-book or leave-a-book.  These books have been donated.  There is no check-in or check-out.  Please use the honor system.  Also, feel free to donate additional books if you're inclined.

LICENSE PLATE FRAMES
Anatolia license plate frames are available at the Clubhouse reception desk for only $10 each. Pick one or more up and you too can share your community pride.

WELCOME to Anatolia, a master-planned community in Rancho Cordova, California. Designed for convenience, the community features multiple community parks, hiking and biking trails, preserved wetlands and the beautiful, 12,300 square foot clubhouse with three pools and a gym.

Anatolia lies in the southern part of Rancho Cordova, between Sunrise Boulevard on the west and the new Rancho Cordova Parkway (formerly Jaeger Road) on the east; and from Douglas Road on the north to the greenbelt on the south.  The neighborhood was built in the mid-2000s, with the first homes sold in 2005.  Within the neighborhood are nearly 2,000 single-family detached homes, an elementary school, and three community parks.

This is the website of the Anatolia Units 1, 2, and 4 Master Association, which is the member-based organization of all homeowners in the community.  Every homeowner is a member.  Our association is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors representing the owners.  The Board currently is comprised of 2 members elected by homeowners (and who must be homeowners themselves), 2 members appointed by the developer, and 1 member appointed by the builders.  Although only 2 Directors are required to be homeowners, in fact 4 of our current Directors own and live within the Anatolia neighborhood.  Over time, as the remaining homes are built and sold to homeowners, all Board seats will become elected by homeowners.
