Anatolia HOA Dues Payment Information:
As shown in the escrow closing documents for all Anatolia homes, monthly installments of the HOA assessment are due on the 1st day of each month. They are considered delinquent if not received and paid in full by the 15th of the month.
Payment may currently be provided in the following ways:
(1) by check or money order via postal mail. 
(2) by online payment (via PayPal, which uses credit card, bank, or other options)
(3) by check or money order via a free envelope drop-off at the Clubhouse. 
(4) by credit card over the telephone.  ($10 fee applies)
(5) by pre-authorized automatic monthly withdrawal from your individual checking account.

Please ensure that your check is sent early enough to be delivered in Roseville no later than the 15th of the month to ensure timely payment. Please do not send cash or coin via US Mail.
We’re pleased to announce that the Anatolia HOA now accepts online payments.  Click here for the online payment page.   You will need your Anatolia Account ID and your property street address. (Your account identification number is located on your monthly HOA statement. If you do not have it, please contact the accounting department at NCM by calling (916) 771-8551, ext 14.)  When your transaction is complete, PayPal gives you a receipt which you can save electronically or print for your records.  Please note, if the date and time indicate 11:59 PM on the 15th of the month or earlier, your payment will be considered on time for that month.  Your payment will be considered late if the date and time indicate 12:00 AM on the 16th of the month or later.
Payments and envelopes may be dropped off at the Clubhouse, only during normal clubhouse operational hours. There is no provision for after-hours drop off. For security reasons, owners wishing to drop off payments at the Clubhouse are encouraged to do so only by hand-delivery to staff, whereby they will receive a date stamp in person. The security of your payment cannot be ensured if it is not hand delivered in person to Clubhouse staff.  Please do not leave payments unattended overnight on the front entry mat or wedged in the door. Leaving payments unattended in such a manner is strongly discouraged. If envelopes or payments are discovered the following morning, they will be date stamped as received on that same morning, and not the previous evening.
To pay your HOA dues using a credit card, you may telephone NCM during normal business hours. Please call (916) 771-8551 and enter extension 14. A $10 fee will be assessed if this method of payment is used. When calling, please have your credit card ready, as well as your account ID and property address.
One of the most convenient ways to pay HOA dues is via pre-authorized automatic monthly withdrawal from a selected checking account. Click here to obtain an A.C.H. pre-authorization form, or ask for a form at the Clubhouse front desk. You may also call NCM at (916) 771-8551 and request that a pre-authorization form be sent to you via email or postal mail. Please fill out the form, include a voided check, and return to NCM via postal mail or by drop-off in a sealed envelope at the Clubhouse front desk to enroll in this payment system. You may also choose to enroll in an automatic bill pay service provided by your own bank, if they offer such a service.
