New Payment Methods | Pay Assessments

In an effort to provide the most secure and accurate association dues payment system, Network Community Management, Inc. is moving its banking to Alliance Association Bank, which is a division of Western Alliance Bank, currently rated #4 on Forbes’ “Best Banks in America” list. Alliance Association Bank is the country’s leader in HOA banking services.

This change will provide additional banking services to your community, including online payment options, faster and more accurate payment processing, and more secure processing of your payment information.

Effective January 2018, there will be a number of methods you can use to pay your community assessment:

Bill Pay System. If you use an online bill pay service through your bank, starting with your January assessment, please log in to your bank’s online service to stop/delete your existing payment and create a new payment with this address, as well as the association identification and account numbers you will find on the coupon book that will be mailed to you:

Online Payment Site. By partnering with Alliance Association Bank, NCM will be able to offer a way for you to pay your assessments online. With the new site, you may initiate an automatic payment (ACH/E-Check) to have your payment drafted directly from your bank account on a recurring basis or for a one-time payment. There is no charge for this service and it eliminates the need to schedule and mail checks. Below is an overview of the payment options:

One-time e-check payment (at no cost to you or the association)

By Mail. If you elect to make your payments by mail, please place your payment, along with the coupon you will be provided in the window envelope to ensure that your payment is correctly addressed and processed.
