The Clubhouse boasts three pools and two spas. Open-air showers are also available on the upper deck near the Fitness Center (must bring your own towels).

The Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment in addition to free weights and 4 Peloton bikes! Locker rooms are available (must bring your own locks and towels). Children under 14 are not permitted to be in the Fitness Center at any time.

The Aerobics Room accommodates several classes led by our professional Fitness Instructor, Michele Midgley. Go to the Fitness Class page to view the schedule and register for a class.

7 days a week: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM
(No guests from 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM and then from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Three covered cabana areas are available at the Clubhouse. One is located on the upper deck with comfy outdoor furniture, while two additional cabanas are located near the Activity Pool with picnic tables. All of these Cabanas are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Members can relax in the Sauna & Steam rooms located in the Fitness Center. Maximum capacity is 10 people per room. Each room is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Members under the age of 16 are not permitted in either room at any time.

Sauna/Steam rooms are closed from 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM daily for cleaning.

As the heart of the Clubhouse, Members can relax on the sofa and club chairs by the dramatic fireplace, read a good book or just watch TV with friends under the lofty ceiling. Small groups can also gather around casual tables with comfortable chairs.

Located adjacent to the Drawing Room, this flexible workspace has lots of natural light, multiple tables and chairs, and a convenient built-in countertop. Monthly Association Board Meetings are held in this room.

Upper Deck

Setup with year-round tables and chairs, Members can enjoy Snack Bar treats under umbrellas or keep warm by firepits and heat lamps depending on the season. Flanking this area is a covered cabana with comfy furniture on one side and open-air showers around the corner on the other side.

Lending itself to many functions, this picturesque area is a great place to relax after a long day and listen to the grand fountain. Members are able to sit with neighbors at outside tables by the double-sided fireplace and enjoy the view of the Clubhouse grounds.

This room offers a cozy fireplace and a variety of game tables, including billiards! There is also a TV with DVD player for those who may want to pop in a movie while they are enjoying a friendly board game or doing a puzzle. A neighborhood book exchange with club chairs is also upstairs.

The staffed playroom is designed to be used as a short-term service while Members workout or take a fitness class at the Clubhouse. This service is available on a first-come-first-served basis for kids 2 and over. All kids must be fully potty trained. A gated play yard is connected to the Kids Club.

With a commanding fireplace, this area has a coffee center with tables and chairs to read the newspaper or enjoy small-bites from the Snack Bar during peak hours of Summer. Association news is posted on a prominent bulletin board in the walkway. Read more about the snack bar HERE.
