We want to help make your next event at the Clubhouse special. Our Event Coordinator works with you through the entire process and is available to answer any questions. You must be a Member with your HOA dues paid to date and no compliance violations on your account before booking any event. Bookings MUST be made two (2) weeks prior to the event. A deposit will be required to hold a date within 24 hours of getting on the calendar.

RESERVATION CHECKLIST

  • Date of Event

  • Location in Clubhouse

  • Hours of party

  • Expected number of guests

  • Arrival time of guests

  • Type of party

  • Will there be alcohol, entertainment, catering, etc?

  • Deposits and fees paid prior to the event

  • Signed Contract
