With its French architecture, this "centerpiece of the community" is sure to have something for every Member. We hope you take the opportunity to visit and enjoy the Clubhouse!

Membership

Membership cards are required to enter the Clubhouse. You must be a resident of Anatolia to obtain a membership. CLICK HERE to visit our Membership page which has loads of information and the forms required to obtain a membership card.

Guest Policy

Four (4) complimentary guests are permitted per household per day.  All ages are considered guests. Each additional guest is $10.00 per person per day. Guests are welcome from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

Minors: All minors without a membership card must be accompanied by an adult, nanny or guardian.

Fitness Classes

The Clubhouse is excited to offer fitness classes to our members. Classes are lead by our instructor Michele Midgley. We have classes 4 days a week and offer 9 different class types. See below for more information.

  • Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It's 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide.

  • Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilate's mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

  • Combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It is low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.

  • Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective...There is also a body -core bonus to this high intensity, interval training format and it's choreographed to popular music. This is a one stop body shock!

  • Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every move.

  • Total body workouts that focus on the lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength. Within each workout, participants experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout). Tabata Bootcamp's motto is "Quality, not quantity". The programs offer effective workouts that maximize your results in minimal time.

  • Fitness Yoga is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout. It is a safe practice that will make you sweat and work hard, connecting breath with movement. It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Fitness Yoga is about exploring your limits physically and mentally, working all parts of your body equally to create a balance that will complement other activities of daily life. The class is offered in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere to release stress and tension.

  • Perfect for Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
